B2B Sales Administrator – Full time/Part time

Following a period of considerable growth we are now looking for a strong Sales Administrator to join our team.


As a Sales Administrator, you will be:

  • Taking ownership of the growth and maintenance of the New Business sales function;
  • Liaising with the Sales and Marketing team to create and execute multiple email sales campaigns to support new business generation;
  • Maintaining the CRM database (Hubspot);
  • Taking ownership of the entire lead generation workflow to include identifying prospects, appropriate messaging, management of email cadences, andamplification via social media platforms;
  • Aligning on reporting cadences and working with technology to provide high-level data views via automated dashboards;
  • Able to drive continuous improvement across multiple processes;


The ideal candidate would:

  • Be proficient in written and spoken English;
  • Have a degree in a relevant area and previous experience in B2B sales (will be considered an advantage);
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work under own initiative alongside working well in a team environment. This is a hybrid / remote role so the ability to self-start is a must;
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks in a sometimes fast paced environment;
  • Be great organiser with high attention to detail who can track and manage multiple sales campaigns whilst voicing ideas and recommendations to improve our processes;
  • Be accurate and numerate;
  • Have an intermediate level of IT skills and experience in the MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). Strong excel experience is necessary;
  • Have experience with e-mail marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.
  • Having experience of Contact Management and CRM systems is a plus;
