 Project Manager 

(Media Monitoring & Analysis) – 

US based



Commetric provides media analytics solutions that help communication and marketing professionals monitor and analyse conversations and content on social and traditional media. Unlike many online tools, Commetric combines machine learning and expert human insight to enable clients across industry sectors realise the full potential of their communications strategies.

Our client work for many blue chip multinational companies has been recognised by leading industry award bodies such as The Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication ( AMEC) and the Holmes Report (PRovoke), and has won multiple international awards, most recently the 2021 Diamond SABRE Award for Superior Achievement in Measurement and Evaluation, and the Best in Marketing Technology In2 SABRE Award 2021. We are looking for new talent to join our team as a Media Research Analyst to support our growing portfolio of clients.

As a Project Manager, you will be:

  • Coordinating projects from inception to delivery, liaising with the Media Consultants/Sales to ensure that projects are delivered according to specification and budget;
  • Coordinating and managing the full project lifecycle;
  • Briefing the project team and ensuring every member understands the project
  • Monitoring profitability and inefficiencies of the accounts;
  • Supporting the team in maintaining ongoing client relationships to ensure that the client’s requirements are fully met;
  • Monitoring the available capacity in the team and suggesting ways of utilising free capacity;
  • Assisting/participating in client walkthrough presentations;
  • Suggesting ways for process improvements/optimisation;
  • Carrying out regular performance reviews of Media Analysts and/or providing feedback on individual performance when required;
  • Mentoring and coaching the Media Analysts;
  • Participating in the recruitment, on-boarding and training processes in the company;

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Have a degree in a relevant area, such as Language Studies, Journalism, Media Communications, Marketing, Business, etc.;
  • Be fluent in English (both written and verbal) and maintain a good level of a second foreign language;
  • Have an advanced understanding of Excel, Word and PPT and excellent skills in charts creation;
  • Be comfortable in handling partner communication, coordination and project management;
  • Demonstrate expert media analysis skills;
  • Have excellent leadership skills and competencies;
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for handling and interpreting data and information;
  • Be proactive in solving problems and is passionate about customer service and quality;
  • Face challenges with an open mind and can-do attitude;
  • Enjoy communicating and working in a team.
