Human resources manager

Commetric is an award-winning international UK based company that provides media analytics solutions that help communication and marketing professionals monitor and analyse conversations and content on social and traditional media. Unlike many online tools, Commetric combines machine learning and expert human insight to enable clients across industry sectors realise the full potential of their communications strategies.

We are looking for either full-time or part-time dedicated, long-term commitment-oriented individuals, who have the ability to bridge people and business, and welcome the opportunity to facilitate it. As the HRM, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of HR strategies that attract, retain, and develop talents and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals and objectives
– Create and manage talent acquisition and retention programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
– Manage and oversee all HR functions, including compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations
– Develop and implement training and development programs that support employee growth and development
– Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
– Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that promote a more inclusive workplace
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives and managers
– Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations

Requirements:

– Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
– Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations
– Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth and success
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience managing and leading HR teams
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
