We are very proud to have been shortlisted for ten AMEC Awards in eight categories. The annual AMEC Awards is run by the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication and celebrates excellence in communications measurement.

Our pharma team was nominated for the Best use of measurement for a single event or campaign and Best use of integrated communication measurement/research awards. In both categories, the team was shortlisted with two entries related to our work with Novartis.

The first entry, “Reshaping quarterly financial results comms strategy based on data,” revealed a partnership approach around media evaluation of quarterly earnings updates, which helped Novartis reshape its financial comms strategy.

For the second entry, “Integrated multichannel measurement for World Sight Day and XOVA,” Novartis partnered with Commetric to provide an integrated multichannel evaluation of communications related to the eXcellence in Ophthalmology Vision Award (XOVA) programme, which aims to help reduce the burden of blindness around the world.

This entry was also nominated for Most effective planning, research and evaluation: APAC.

Our multi-market measurement and evaluation programme for VisitBritain in cooperation with Notified was shortlisted for Best multi-market reporting and Step Change Award – for the best improvement of a measurement journey.

Our work with Notified traced the evolution of VisitBritain’s measurement programme, switching from quantitative volume-based metrics to qualitative KPIs aligned to corporate objectives. The shortlisted case study, titled “Evolution of a PR measurement journey during a pandemic”, revealed how VisitBritain adapted its earned media measurement to the challenging environment caused by Covid-19.

Meanwhile, our work with Opoint on article level readership, which sought to bring credible online news audience data to the media insight, measurement, and PR industry, was shortlisted in two categories: Best use of new technology in communications measurement and Innovation award for new measurement methodologies.

Furthermore, our very own Project Manager Dilyana Slavkova was nominated for Young Professional of the Year.

Best of luck to the other nominees!
