TIER, Europe’s micro-mobility leader, has appointed reputation analytics firm Commetric to measure the impact of its communication efforts and to understand the media conversation around urban transportation and mobility services.
Commetric was selected by TIER’s Comms team to monitor multiple markets across Europe and the Middle East in local language, and provide structured insights into sentiment, messaging and spokespeople.

In this regard, Commetric will help TIER better understand the changing media and consumer landscape surrounding sustainability and lead the way towards seamless and sustainable mobility.
