Commetric has once again been recognised for excellence in media and communications analytics, winning six awards at the AMEC Awards 2025, the global benchmark for best practice in communication measurement and evaluation.

Our work with Novartis and a leading mobility technology company was celebrated across multiple categories, demonstrating the breadth of our analytics expertise – from pioneering AI-driven methodologies to delivering insights that shape global communications strategy.

Two Gold Awards for Novartis: Innovation and Integration

Commetric and Novartis Analytics & Insights received Gold in both Best Use of Integrated Communication Measurement/Research and Innovation Award for New Measurement Methodologies.

These wins highlight our joint commitment to advancing how communications effectiveness is measured and understood.

A key part of the Innovation Award entry was the stakeholder mapping methodology, co-developed with Novartis, which integrates social and traditional media analytics, thematic modelling, and qualitative assessment to evaluate the influence, relevance, and reputational risk of key stakeholders. This fusion of AI-powered insight and human expertise created a scalable, transparent framework for identifying who shapes the conversation – and how organisations can better engage with them.

In the Integrated research award entry, “Financial Impact Intelligence: Reinventing Earnings Comms Evaluation through AI, Integrated Data and Competitor Benchmarking”, Commetric and Novartis developed a pioneering framework that links corporate messaging, journalist engagement, and market reaction across 24 earnings cycles. The approach combines natural language processing, LLM-assisted analysis, and stock market data to uncover what truly drives positive financial communications outcomes.

Together, these projects set a new benchmark for integrated, evidence-based communications measurement, bridging financial communications, stakeholder intelligence, and data science to deliver actionable strategic insights.

Silver Awards for Novartis: Technology and Impact

The partnership also earned Silver in Best Use of New Technology in Communications Measurement and Most Impactful Client Recommendations Arising from a Measurement Study.

The Impactful Recommendations award recognised our Stakeholder Value Match project – a groundbreaking initiative helping Novartis prioritise global public affairs engagement using a data-driven, AI-assisted methodology. The research fused social and traditional media data, large language models, and qualitative assessment to identify the most influential and thematically aligned stakeholders for future forums. These insights directly informed the company’s 2025 public affairs strategy and improved performance across key reputation metrics.

The Technology award celebrated the creative use of LLMs and advanced analytics tools to bring scale, transparency, and contextual understanding to complex data, ensuring that human insight remained central to every recommendation.

Bronze Award for Novartis: Excellence in Planning and Evaluation

Commetric and Novartis also took home Bronze in Most Effective Planning, Research and Evaluation: Europe, recognising the enduring value of evidence-based decision-making in communications. The project showcased how data integration, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning can elevate communications planning and stakeholder engagement at scale.

Bronze Award for our work with a leading mobility technology company: Best Multi-Market Reporting

In addition to our partnership with Novartis, Commetric was recognised for its work with a leading mobility technology company, winning Bronze in Best Multi-Market Reporting for the case study “One Brand, Many Roads: Measuring Reputation and Internal Alignment Across Global Markets.”

Amid growing public scrutiny of the mobility industry, Commetric helped the client establish a global measurement framework that connected earned media, social data, government affairs, and internal communications across markets like Brazil, Mexico, and Japan. Using AI-driven analytics complemented by human expertise, the program provided real-time intelligence and actionable insights that helped strengthen message consistency, improve internal alignment, and focus communications resources on the areas of highest impact.

A Testament to Data-Driven Storytelling

These six awards underscore Commetric’s leadership in helping global organisations turn complex data into meaningful insights and strategic action. Whether through developing AI-enhanced methodologies or enabling integrated, outcome-based reporting, our goal remains the same: to make communications measurable, accountable, and impactful.

Our pioneering work in AI-assisted stakeholder mapping and communications intelligence – co-developed with Novartis – demonstrates how advanced analytics can go beyond measurement to actively shape strategic engagement and decision-making. By blending human expertise with technology, Commetric continues to redefine how influence, reputation, and performance are understood in the modern communications landscape.

We thank our clients and partners for their collaboration and trust, and the AMEC community for recognising our continued innovation in advancing the science of communication measurement.
