We are honoured to have been shortlisted for the Annual HR Awards organised by the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM) in four categories. BAPM is a professional organisation established to support and develop professionals in the people management field.
Our CEO Magnus Hakansson was nominated as “Leader most committed to people management” for his contributions to the company’s 49% employee growth rate during the pandemic.
Commetric’s new employee development and appraisal programme was shortlisted for Best small and medium-sized enterprise HR project, while Commetric’s virtual HR team of professionals from all departments was distinguished in the Best HR team category.
Furthermore, Commetric’s new induction and on-boarding programme was nominated for HR consulting project/instrument of the year.
Commetric was shortlisted alongside other well-known brands, such as bTV, Endava, UniCredit Bulbank, Kaufland, Schwarz IT, Playtech, etc.
